I enjoyed a two-night stay in a Classic King Room. The staff, especially the security team, exceeded my expectations with their attentiveness. Don't miss the breakfast buffet, just be wary of table assignments! Overall, a pleasant experience, but could improve on breakfast service.

The stay included a spacious and clean Superior Double Suite, with a fantastic buffet breakfast that offered a wide range of choices, including delicious Chinese dishes. Staff members were incredibly helpful, providing excellent service beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. An efficient check-in process also contributed to a smooth experience. On the downside, the room initially allocated had a minor issue, which was resolved promptly the next day. Additionally, there was a lack of shade around the swimming pool, diminishing its appeal.

It was just a perfect match for a weekend break in Dubai with best value for money ratio. The staff remembered our names at breakfast, making us feel really welcomed. Try to enjoy the sauna. it's great after a long day.
